Renting privately? The register is mostly university-owned halls, but if you're in a private rental you can leave a review too — enter the first half of your postcode (e.g. SE1, EC1N) so it's grouped by area, not by exact address.

How scoring works — every review rates five things (repairs, cleanliness, safety, value for money, Wi‑Fi) from 1–5, plus a straight yes/no on whether the reviewer would recommend the building. Overall scores are the average of all approved reviews. Reviews are moderated before they go live to keep the register accurate and free of spam — see a note on that below.
